We have carefully balanced combination of knowledge and experience in our firm with the innovative approach towards work and customer satisfaction. During our journey of practise, we have successfully acquired two professional chartered accountants firms namely, KSH & Associates and M N Devi & Associates.
With the growth and changing scenario of Indian Businesses and Economy we have added activity of consultancy related to Business Continuity and Succession Planning, Business Merger and Acquisitions, Assistance in NPA Restructuring Takeover and refinance, Investor identification and deal management, Advisory in fundraising and optimization of Capital Structure, Finance and Debt arrangement in our services.
We are empanelled with RBI, C&AG, Co-operatives Department (Maharashtra) and multiple Nationalized Cooperative and Private Banks for Audits, Assurance and Consultancy Services.

His journey in the field of accounting and finance has been marked by a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and continuous professional growth. He specialize in areas such as tax planning, auditing, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring that clients navigate their financial challenges with confidence and clarity.
His approach is client-focused, aiming to understand and address the unique needs of each client, whether it’s optimizing tax strategies, enhancing financial performance, or ensuring regulatory compliance. Journey : Completed CA, DISA and started practice as a dedicated Chartered Accountant since 2010.
As a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a robust career, He has developed a deep proficiency in delivering tailored financial and compliance solutions to both individuals and businesses.
His extensive experience encompasses a wide array of services, including tax planning, auditing, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. Driven by a passion for precision and a commitment to ethical standards, He is passionate about helping clients navigate their financial landscapes with precision and integrity
